Plagiarism Policy

  1. The overall similarity index of the manuscript must be 20% or below (except abstract and bibliography) . At this stage, manuscripts with a similarity rate above 20% will be returned to the author without entering the peer-review process.
  2. Within the overall similarity index, the similarity rate to any single source must be less than 2%.
  3. Bibliographic materials (such as references, quotations, etc.) are excluded from the similarity check.
  4. The editor may conduct similarity checks at any stage of the publication process.
  5. All authors submitting a manuscript are deemed to have accepted the rules stated above.
