Archiving Policy

In accordance with our commitment to supporting the dissemination of research outputs, the publisher is pleased to announce the following archiving policy:

  1. The publisher permits authors to use the final published version (publisher’s PDF) of their articles for self-archiving on personal websites and/or for archiving in institutional repositories after publication.
  2. Authors may self-archive their articles in publicly accessible and/or subject-based repositories, including commercial platforms. No embargo period is applied, provided that the published source is properly acknowledged and a link is supplied to either the journal’s homepage or the article’s DOI.
  3. Authors may download the article output in PDF format and may distribute copies to colleagues without any embargo.
  4. The publisher allows all versions of the manuscript (submitted version, accepted manuscript, and published version) to be archived without embargo in any institutional or other repository of the author’s choice.

Permitted Archiving Locations include, but are not limited to:

  • The Journal Website
  • Zenodo (Institutional Repository)
  • Authors’ Personal Websites
  • Public and/or Commercial Subject-Based Repositories

Policy Conditions: Proper citation and adherence to academic attribution standards are mandatory. The archived version must include a link to the publisher’s version via DOI.
